Indy take 2

this latest installment of Indiana Jones is excellent. Harrison Ford reprises his role of the famous archeologist to go save an old friend and unbeknownst to him an old flame. He gets kidnapped by the Russians, exposed to atomic bomb testing in the American desert, he sees aliens, and he goes to Peru. For all the conspiracy theorists who beleive in Eldorado and the secret city that had alien influence you will be happy.

generations - not title

Reading book on Boomers, generation x and y.
It's very illuminating, and confirms some of my beliefs! But will it have answers?

What Happens in Vegas

A lot of fun.
The almost best part is learning that Cameron Diaz' exboyfriend corporate jerk thinks she is crushed over him then having his ego trashed by being rejected.

The Virgin Suicides

The Virgin Suicides is both beautiful and tragic.
The book seems to take place in the 50s, but is really set in the late 1970s or early eighties.
It starts off a little slow, but stick with it.

Ironman

You must go to see it. It's like no superhero movie ever. Tony Stark A.K.A. Robert Downey Jr. A.K.A. Ironman is the ultimate anti hero. And he's a different one from that of Bruce Wayne A.K.A. Batman A.K.A. Adam West and a whole lot of other guys who were good...
Robert Downey Jr. is masterful, amazing, and great as a smartass rich genius who saves the world from ultimate evil with his beautiful, reserved seeming, patrician and ultimately brilliant personal assistant Pepper Potts A.K.A. Gwyneth Paltrow coming in at key points.
The action is amazing the dialog and quips funny, and the anticonformism is also refreshing.

88

88 was fun, but in the beggining I though I was in the wrong theatre.
I had a feeling I was watching a movie like the Grudge or the Ring.
Once the intrigue started it was excellent, and I did not guess the end.
